How can we help?
Write to us about anything in Baha’i Light, from a question to a correction. A few answers that may save you a message are below.
The Qiblih or solar times look wrong
Both use your location only while the app is open. Check that location access is allowed for Baha’i Light, or choose a city instead. For the compass, hold your phone flat and away from metal, and calibrate if your device asks.
Using the app offline
Prayers, writings, the calendar, solar times, the compass and the included world map all work without a connection. Online maps, place names and temple photographs need one.
A reminder didn’t arrive
Allow notifications for Baha’i Light in your device’s settings. On Android, also allow “Alarms & reminders”. A Focus or Do Not Disturb schedule can hold reminders back.
Which Bahá’í dates are shown?
Bahá’í dates, Feasts and Holy Days follow the tables published by the Bahá’í World Centre for 172–221 B.E., from March 2015 to March 2065. The Bahá’í day begins at sunset where you are.
A prayer or writing looks wrong
Texts come from their published sources and are only ever corrected against the original. Send us the title, the language and what you noticed.
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
